2. How do I determine the expiration date, or where can I locate the expiration date?
For the best quality, we code most of our salsas with a use-by date two years from the day we produce it. Our Salsa Con Queso has a one year use by date. This date can be found printed on the shoulder of the jar printed in a black or white ink.
